End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA and the Terms of Service, Turiya grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Turiya software (the "Software") for the verification scope specified in your license or engagement. The Software is licensed, not sold.

2. Restrictions

You may not: (a) distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer the Software; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except as expressly permitted by law; (c) modify or create derivative works; (d) remove or alter any proprietary notices; (e) use the Software beyond the licensed scope; or (f) access or use the private signing key.

3. Ownership

Turiya retains all right, title, and interest in the Software, including all intellectual property rights. Nothing in this EULA transfers ownership of the Software or any part of it to you.

4. Signing Keys and Receipts

Receipts are signed with an Ed25519 key held by Turiya. The public key is published so that any party can verify a receipt. You must not attempt to access, derive, or impersonate the private signing key. A receipt you receive may be redistributed and verified by third parties using the published public key.

5. Updates

Turiya may release updates to the Software from time to time. Updates are governed by this EULA unless accompanied by separate terms.

6. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach any term. Upon termination you must cease all use and destroy all copies of the Software. Sections 2, 3, 7, and 8 survive termination.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Holynt Technologies Private Limited DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Holynt Technologies Private Limited SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SOFTWARE.
