Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Turiya verification service and software (the "Service"), operated by Turiya. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The Service

Turiya independently verifies AI systems: it checks whether a system's claim matches the real effect and records the result as a signed receipt. Verification runs against a target you provide (a repository, a test, or a ground-truth specification) and against an AI system you designate. The Service produces a receipt containing the verdict, a content address (SHA-256), and an Ed25519 signature.

3. Verdicts Are Not Guarantees

A verdict is a falsification result, never a statement of truth. The Service emits one of falsified, not_falsified, certified, or indeterminate. not_falsified means the claim survived the testing performed; it is not a warranty that the AI system is correct, safe, or free of defects. A signed receipt is evidence of the verification performed, not a warranty of the system under test, and it does not constitute legal, financial, insurance, or regulatory advice.

4. Accounts and API Keys

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and API keys, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source of the Service or its signing infrastructure; (b) use the Service to verify AI systems you are not authorized to test; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) resell or sublicense the Service except under a written white-label or OEM agreement; or (e) use the Service to violate applicable law.

6. Fees and Payment

Fees are as published on the pricing page or set out in a written engagement. A pilot verifies a single claim on a single target at no cost. Unless otherwise agreed, fees are due in advance, in USD, and are non-refundable except as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

Your data. You retain all rights to your repositories, models, tests, and ground-truth specifications. Turiya claims no ownership in them.

Receipts. Receipts contain hashes and verdicts, not your source. You may use and share receipts generated for you. Turiya may publish non-identifying receipts on its public ledger unless you have contracted for private verification.

The Service. The Service, its software, and its documentation are owned by Turiya and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.

8. Confidentiality

Turiya treats your verification targets and results as confidential and will not disclose them except as necessary to provide the Service, as required by law, or as expressly agreed. The public-key infrastructure that signs receipts contains no confidential data.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Holynt Technologies Private Limited DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY AI SYSTEM WILL BEHAVE CORRECTLY.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Holynt Technologies Private Limited SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE. Holynt Technologies Private Limited'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID Holynt Technologies Private Limited IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Turiya from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Term and Termination

These Terms apply while you use the Service. Turiya may suspend or terminate access for a material breach that is not cured within a reasonable period. Upon termination, your rights to the Service cease, but Sections 3, 7, 9, 10, 11, and 13 survive.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Turiya entity is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith before pursuing formal proceedings.

14. Changes

Turiya may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
