This page fetches a published receipt and checks it in your browser. It does not call us. A signature proves the record was not altered. It does not prove the finding was right.

The format

A receipt is a signed statement about a checkable claim. The payload carries the claim, the verdict, the tenant and commitment_sha256, the hash of the record it names. The envelope carries named signatures: verdict from Turiya, and optionally observation from the party that watched the effect. The signature covers the role, the payload type and the canonical payload, so neither can be relabelled.

The report answers ten questions separately: payload, commitment, signature, key state at signing, observation, timestamp, replay, log inclusion, log consistency and retention. From them it derives one of three verdicts: verified, partial or refused. Missing material weakens. Material that fails refuses.
